Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders!

Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed on a business day before 2 pm EST are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 2 pm EST will ship the following business day. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is submitted, and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. We require a physical address for shipments, PO Boxes will not be accepted. We currently only ship to the continental United States using FedEx Ground, see map below for your estimated shipping time.

Estimated time is in business days and excludes weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped from our warehouses in Charlotte, North Carolina. 

Shipping times are not guaranteed and delays can occur.

International Shipping

We currently ship only to the continental United States. Please contact us for a shipping quote. 

Expedited Shipping

Although expedited shipping is not our usual practice, we understand that situations arise where expedited shipping may be necessary. Please submit a request for an expedited shipping quote by calling us at . Requests for expedited shipping must be submitted by 1 pm EST in order to be processed and billed. We reserve the right to charge up to an additional 10% expedite fee for all expedited shipments.
